COVID-19 UPDATE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

As the safety and the wellbeing of our customers and employees is our number one concern, we are still providing all of our services. We have put safety measures in place and utilize technology to achieve limited to no contact on our calls. In doing so, we still want to provide the quality service and perform the proper steps to give our customers the same satisfaction as before this pandemic. Here are some of the steps we have taken to keep contact to a minimum and focus on safety:

o Our offices are equipped with disinfectant wipes, sanitizers and disinfectant spray
o Installers/Technicians are equipped with masks and gloves
o Installers/Technicians are equipped with booties to cover their feet and minimize transfer of germs
o All of our vans/personnel are equipped with sanitizer, sanitizer spray and disinfectant wipes
o Our office staff will be asking to make sure everyone within the household that we are servicing is not ill or doesn’t have any virus symptoms
o We offer virtual sales appointments to customers when it is possible

This has definitely been a challenging time for us all, but if we stay positive and keep working through this and helping people along the way, we will prevail! As we all go through this we wish you and your family safety and health.
